The House of Life Visitor Centre will be reopening to the public on Monday 5 July, in line with the latest government COVID-19 guidance.
After closing it’s doors in October 2020 for the second national lockdown, the Visitor Centre at Willesden Jewish Cemetery will be reopening to the public next month.
Inside visitors can learn about the history of the site, Jewish funerary and burial practices and some of the prominent people buried at the cemetery.
Our new trail leaflets will help guide visitors around the 21 acre site and our friendly volunteers will be on hand to welcome you, offer suggestions of what to see, or help you find a grave.
The funerary buildings on site will also be open for visitors to explore. Soundscapes in the Prayer Hall and old Mortuary bring these listed buildings to life.
The grounds of Willesden Jewish Cemetery and the House of Life Visitor Centre are free to visit. Check our opening times before visiting.
