Free outreach workshops in your school

Each term, we offer a limited number of London schools the opportunity to benefit from free workshops in the classroom.

Designed to give you an introduction to the on-site schools programme at the cemetery, and familiarise your students with the rituals and practices of the Jewish faith as well as some of our Cemetery stories, through hands-on object and resource based learning, workshops last approximately 45 minutes and can be booked to suit your class schedule.

All workshops are geared towards supporting curriculum learning and are available for:

  • Key Stage Two (years 5 and 6) Three and Four

We have specifically designed all of our resources to be suitable for both Jewish and non-Jewish audiences.

We are proud to be a wonderful resource for Jewish Schools to use in engaging with the Jewish heritage, and supporting in the learning of the curriculum.

Please note that free outreach is available only to schools who have not visited the cemetery previously. Although we will do our best to accommodate your requests, spaces are limited each term and are offered on a first come, first served basis.
